Schedules have changed to make it easier to switch between automated and manual Schedules, and to see both Schedule types in one place.
You need to update your app so you can continue managing your pool hardware correctly. Without the latest app version, you may see errors on the Landing page or Equipment page.
Go to your app store and download the latest version of the Pooled app.
Open the app and select My Pool from the navigation menu. Then select My Swimming Pool Account. At the bottom of the page, you will see the version number.
To use the latest Schedules function, you need to be on version 1.7 or later
Open the Equipment page. Equipment on a manual Schedule will appear in yellow. Equipment on an automated Schedule will appear in blue.
Select the equipment you want to change. If it is blue and running on an automated Schedule, toggle automation off at the top of the page. You can then modify an existing Schedule using the pencil icon or select the + button to add a new Schedule.
These pieces of equipment are linked because the chlorinator and sweep need the pump to run correctly. If the chlorinator or sweep is changed, the system will automatically update the pump as well to help protect the hardware.
Enter your phone number as the account holder. You will receive a code, enter this into the code page. The code is a safe way to secure your account, and removes the need to remember passwords
The Pooled app continually tests your pool chemistry. When you consistently fall into the red zone, we suggest a visit to your friendly Poolwerx shop with a sample for verifying.

When you have been seeing consistent reads in the red, take an elbow deep sample of pool water when the pump is running to your Poolwerx shop. Use the values from their tests to calibrate the values in the app.
Go to My Pool – select Pool Maintenance, select Lower Water levels and then follow the steps on the app

Automation means we monitor your pool readings and determine how long we should run your pump and chlorinator for.
To make the most of your energy efficient Pooled device, ensure you let us know if you are using a pool blanket and have solar panels – as that informs our pool running algorithm.
If running during the day because you have solar panels, we recommend toggling “Night-time” on for a short burst of chlorination at night
Toggling ‘Automation’ next to your pump, chlorinator or sweep will change them to manual mode. In manual mode can set the schedule to run your equipment.
Ensure you are on the latest version of the app – go to your app store and download a new version if it is there. If your Pooled device has been recently installed, the hardware will need to run for about 20 minutes before you see data coming through.

ORP stands for Oxygen Reduction Potential and measures the amount of free chlorine in the pool. If your ORP value is orange, run your pool for longer. If your ORP value is consistently in the red, take an elbow deep pool water sample into your friendly Poolwerx team.
