If you have opted in to transition to Poolwerx, one our friendly customer service representative will contact you shortly to finalise your installation and service setup. Until then, your current Pooled system will continue operating as normal, and our team will remain available for any questions.

If you have opted out, you can continue using your Pooled app and hardware until 27 February 2026.
