What this Transition means for you

From 27 February 2026, Pooled will no longer operate as a standalone service. If you choose to transition,our service will continue through Poolwerx, ensuring more efficient technology monitoring, support, and benefits, now managed under your Poolwerx Subscription. By completing the Transition Form, you are securing a minimum 3-year Poolwerx membership that:

  • Includes a  Complimentary Gen2 Controller Hardware Upgrade
  • Free controller replacement and installation for uninterrupted LTE mobile connectivity for a stronger, more reliable signal (no Wi-Fi dropouts).
  • Proactive Poolwerx Service: Your smart technology is backed by prescriptive analysis, , and support from a dedicated Pool Care Specialist. 
  • Chemistry Management: Expert guidance to transition your pool’s chemistry from bromide to a healthier, optimised routine.

How Simple the Transition is

Switching to Poolwerx takes only a few easy steps:

Step 1

Complete the Transition Form, it only takes a couple of minutes.

Step 2

Your local Poolwerx team will contact you to transfer your subscription and confirm installation dates.

Step 3

Poolwerx will contact you to schedule the complimentary hardware replacement. A technician will visit to install your new Gen2 controller and finalise your setup.

Step 4

Mandatory Action: To manage the crucial chemistry transition and establish your perfect starting point, you must bring a fresh water sample to your local Poolwerx store or contact your local Poolwerx mobile operator within seven (7) days for a complimentary, in-depth test.

Step 5

Continue enjoying your connected pool, now supported by Poolwerx.

Complete your transition form now

If You Choose Not to Transition

Effective immediately, Pooled will cease supplying chemicals to your pool. You may continue using the Pooled hardware and app until 27 February 2026.

After that date:

  • Pooled will stop billing you.
  • Pooled will no longer provide onsite technician support.
  • We will securely retain your data until 28th August 2026 in case you decide to rejoin during that time. On 30th August 2026 your data will be deleted from our system.
