By transitioning to Poolwerx, you’re aligning with Australia’s largest network of pool care experts who can support your pool year-round. Your local Poolwerx team will help you stay on top of maintenance, quickly address any issues, and help ensure your pool is always ready to swim in — all while continuing to enjoy the convenience of Pooled’s connected technology.
Your information will be securely transferred to Poolwerx once you complete the transition form. You have until 27th February 2026 to transition your subscription from Pooled to Poolwerx. Nonetheless, Pooled will securely retain your data until 28th August 2026 in case you decide to rejoin during that time.On 30th August 2026 your data will be deleted from the Pooled system.
If you choose not to transition, your system will be decommissioned and your account closed after 27 February 2026. Please note that no on-site technical support will be available after this date.
Don’t worry — Pooled will continue supporting your current system until your Poolwerx setup is live. In the meantime, you can purchase your discounted chemicals from your nearest Poolwerx store.
If you transition to Poolwerx, your existing Gen1 controller remains in use until your complimentary Gen2 installation in early 2026. Your Gen 1 controller will be removed when installing your Gen 2 controller.
Crucially, the upgraded ‘Pooled’ App is available to you immediately when transitioning your subscription to Poolwerx; all updates work with your current Gen1 controller. You will be given instructions on how to activate/update the App, ensuring you receive your service benefits, monitoring alerts, and priority support right away.

We ask that you visit your local Poolwerx store within seven (7) days with a fresh water sample. This is a mandatory step to manage the crucial chemistry transition and establish your pool’s perfect starting point for your new subscription.
All benefits including the Poolwerx Chemical and Equipment* discounts and priority call-out fee become available immediately upon the successful signing of your agreement and setup of your subscription payment. The introductory 60-day discount period for chemicals and equipment* begins from the date of your first Poolwerx subscription payment.
You do not need to wait for the Gen2 installation to begin receiving your discounts and expert monitoring support.
**Your subscription entitles you to discounts on selected – approved equipment with 20% OFF for the first 60 days, followed by 15% off for the remaining term. This discount applies specifically to pumps, filters and chlorinators that form part of your pool pad setup. Please Note: Heat pumps/Heating systems, Robotic Pool Cleaners and spare parts are excluded.
Chemical Discount: As a valued subscriber you will also receive 30% off your Poolwerx-prescribed chemicals for the first 60 days of your subscription. Your discount then continues at a still-exceptional 20% off for the remainder of your contract term.
Once you’ve confirmed whether you’re migrating to Poolwerx or closing your account, Pooled will issue a final bill and close your account. This process automatically removes all records of your credit card details from our system.
If I choose to transfer (renewal of subscription ) no personal financial data is shared between Pooled and Poolwerx. To transfer your subscription to Poolwerx please complete the Pooled transition form. This is required to transfer your Pooled data and activate your new subscription benefits. No – Pooled will be discontinuing its Gen1 controller as of 27 February 2026. Pools need ongoing care and support, and Pooled has been operating with a minimal technician team. Partnering with Poolwerx ensures you get expert, on-site help from qualified professionals. Pooled provides the updated technology — Poolwerx provides the hands-on service.
You’ll be matched with your nearest Poolwerx – this may be a local store or a mobile service operator. Once you agree to transition, your local Poolwerx team will contact you directly to introduce themselves and arrange your installation.
As you transition away from bromide, managing your pool chemistry immediately is mandatory to set up your new chemical program. Professional water analysis is the critical first step. You must bring a fresh water sample to your local Poolwerx store or contact your local Poolwerx mobile operator within seven (7) days for a complimentary, in-depth test. This ensures we can set up your healthier chemical program and finalise preparations for your Gen2 Controller installation and optimised monitoring.
No. To receive your discounted chemicals, you’ll need to purchase them through your allocated Poolwerx partner.
Bromide is not part of the new Poolwerx chemical routine. For safety, we cannot accept or dispose of bromide products. Please consult the original product label for manufacturer instructions on safe disposal, or contact your local council for advice on hazardous household chemical waste collection.
Yes. The Gen2 controller is designed to maximise your pool’s efficiency and deliver genuine savings on running costs. The Gen2 Controllers energy efficiency has been independently tested and verified to deliver improved performance. (Reference: According to an independent study commissioned by Pooled and conducted by Energeia in 2025)
As every pool operates differently, including variations in equipment, chemistry and usage patterns, actual savings will differ from pool to pool. The Gen2 controller is built to optimise performance wherever possible, but outcomes depend on the specific characteristics of your system.

You can book your summer pool service directly with your local Poolwerx team. They’ll ensure your pool is clean, balanced, and healthy. To book, simply contact the team franchisee using the details they’ve provided, visit your nearest Poolwerx store, or call 1300 009 000 to be connected to your local team.
As a valued subscriber, your local Poolwerx would prioritise an emergency request, this call-out fee is fixed at $195 Inc GST per visit. This fee covers the technician’s travel, diagnosis, and up to 60 minutes of on on-site labour for minor adjustments. Please note:This fixed fee excludes the cost of any chemicals, parts, or major repairs required to resolve the issue. If the repair time exceeds the 60-minute allowance, additional labour fees may apply, which your Pool Care Specialist will always confirm before proceeding.
No, this will not delay your transition. You can complete the form and lock in your membership benefits immediately. Your local Poolwerx representative will note this requirement and arrange for a qualified electrician to attend and manage the heater wiring change at a later date. You can continue using your Gen1 controller until the electrician completes the upgrade.
Yes. Your Poolwerx subscription involves a 3-year commitment. If you choose to terminate your contract before the third anniversary of your service start date, a Decommissioning Fee of $800 will apply for the Pooled Hardware. After your 3rd year, it will be a flat fee of $250. If Pooled and Poolwerx partnership ceases before 3 years, there is no payment to be made.
